摘　　要：作者在线访问了2007至2010年入选的209门国家网络精品课程,从课程属性、课程专业分布、课程运行现状、课程技术特征等四个维度,利用内容分析法对其进行了统计分析,根据网络课程运行现状和技术发展趋势,对网络精品课程的共享提出合理建议。The author visits 209 national network distinguished courses which are selected from 2007 to 2010 online in May this year. We analyze the attributes by the way of content analysis from the four aspects： course attributes, the distribution of course subjects, the running status of courses and technical features of courses. At last, this paper gives some reasonable proposals for the sharing national network distinguished courses.
