摘　　要：目的：观察ｒｈＩＬ－６ 对急性白血病原代细胞体外生长的作用。方法：应用ＭＴＴ、ＣＦＵ－Ｌ及间接免疫荧光法对１８ 例急性白血病进行观察。结果：ＩＬ－６ 体外单独应用对急性白血病原代细胞无明显促增殖及诱导分化作用，但与Ｇ－ＣＳＦ联合则常可抑制原代白血病细胞增殖。结论：ＩＬ－６ 与Ｇ－ＣＳＦ联合用于化疗。Objective:To study the effects of recombinant interleukin 6 (rhIL 6) on blast cells proliferation.Method:18 patients with acute leukemias were studied by in vitro using MTT,CFU L and indirect immune fluorescence.Result:Interleukin 6 had slight growth proliferation effect on blast cells.IL 6 combined with G CSF often inhibited blast cells growth of acute myeloblastic leukemias in vitro.Conclusion:IL 6 and G CSF used for the restoration of Chemotherapy induced bone marrow inhibition might be safer than that of combinations of IL 6 with other growth factors in the study.
