摘　　要：在调查、访谈和文献研究的基础上,本文以国家自然科学基金项目为例,探讨了博士后开展独立科学研究的能力及其在科研工作中的定位,提出博士后有能力作为项目负责人承担科研项目。By means of quantitative survey, in-depth interviews, and literature review, this paper, taking the projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China as example, explores and discusses the position and the capacity of postdoc independently conducting scientific research, and concludes that postdoc is capable of being the principal investigator to conduct scientific research independently.
