摘　　要：结合多年来建设管理的经验,提出高校在校园工程项目实施阶段项目管理的特点及常遇到的困难和问题,并对管理控制的内容、手段、方法进行总结和阐述,以指导工程实践。Combining with many years＇ construction management experience,the paper puts forward project management features and common difficulties and problems of university campus construction engineering at the implementation phase,summarizes and expounds management control content,means,and methods,so as to guide engineering practice.
