摘 要:为优化苦荞麦皮中色素的超声波辅助提取工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇质量分数、pH值和超声时间为自变量,以色素吸光度为响应值,采用Box.Behnken实验设计,研究各因素及其交互作用对提取效率的影响。实验结果表明:当料液比为1:40时,超声波提取苦荞麦皮色素工艺影响因素依次为:乙醇质量分数、pH值、超声时间。采用响应面回归模式优化得到苦荞麦皮色素的最优提取参数为:乙醇质量分数65.25%、pH值5.88、时间28min。A mixture of ethanol and water was used as extraction agent for pigment form the buckwheat hull by using ul- trasonic-assisted extract technology. Based on the results of single factor and response surface methodology of the Box- Behnken model,this method was studied. The results showed that the fixed solid-liquid ratio 1:40 ultrasonic-assisted process of pigment from the buckwheat hull factors were as follows : ethanol concentration, pH value, and time. The estab- lishment of the regression model be used to response surface optimization process , under the condition, The most opti- mum parameters were ethanol concentration of 65.25%, pH value of 5.88 and time of 28 rain.
