摘 要:采用溶剂热法,以阿魏酸与稀土氯化物RECl3.6H2O(RE=Nd3+、Ce3+、Eu3+)为原料在乙醇溶液中合成阿魏酸稀土配合物。采用傅立叶红外光谱分析、紫外可见吸收光谱分析、差热-热重分析等对配合物进行了表征,推测其结构为(C10H9O4)3RE.3H2O。同时对配体阿魏酸及其配合物的抗凝血性能进行了比较,结果发现,阿魏酸稀土配合物同阿魏酸一样具有延长凝血时间的作用,且抗凝血效果更好;3种配合物中阿魏酸钕的抗凝血性能最好。Three rare earth complexes were obtained by the reaction of ferulic acid with REC13 . 6HzO(RE =Nd3+ ,Ce3+ ,Eu3+) in ethanol solution by solvent-thermal method. The complexes were characterized by IR, UV-Vis,TGA-TDA and the structure was regarded as(C10 HgO4)aRE . 3H20. Meanwhile, the anticoagulant perfomance of ferulic acid and its complexes were compared. The results showed that the complexes all had anti- coagulant performance as ferulic acid, even their anticoagulant effects were stronger. In addition, the neodymium ferulate had the best anticoagulant performance among the three complexes.
