摘  要:提出了一种测定高含量茶氨酸的新方法。将茶氨酸用浓盐酸水解为乙胺,以8.0mg.L-1茶氨酸标准溶液为参比,在570nm波长处进行差示光度测定。结果表明,茶氨酸浓度在8.0~10.0mg.L-1范围内△C与△A呈线性关系;9.2mg.L-1茶氨酸溶液的相对标准偏差≤0.3%。该法操作简单、费用低、准确度高,结果令人满意,用于高含量茶氨酸的测定可排除其它氨基酸的干扰。A novel method for determination of high content theanine had been established. Theanine was hydrolyzed with concentrated hydrochloric acid to form ethylamine. Differential spectrophotometry was conduc- ted by using 8. 0 mg · L^-1 theanine standard solution at 570 nm. The linear range of determination was 8. 0- 10.0 mg · L^-ltheanine. The relative standard deviation of determination of 9.2 mg · L^-1theanine was less than 0. 3M. The method was simple, credible, cheap, and effective to avoid interference of other amino acids. The method had been used for determination of high content theanine with satisfactory results
