上海城市低碳交通发展的思考

摘　　要：面对世界范围内的气候以及环境恶化,作为世界二氧化碳排放量中一个主要组成部分,交通运输行业的低碳化势在必行,因此,城市交通低碳化是必然而且重要的。通过对上海市城市交通状况的分析,得到上海市发展低碳交通的目标。同时,建议将城市交通低碳化工作分为政府、企业、居民3个主体,并对每一个主体提出相应的职责要求。最后,对上海市的低碳交通发展提出了若干建议。Facing the worldwide climate change and environment deterioration, and as a major part of the world＇s carbon dioxide emissions, the Low-carbon trend in the transportation system is imperative. Therefore, Low-carbon transportation system in urban area is consequent and important. Through the analysis of Shanghai urban traffic conditions, a goal is presented that develops Shanghai Low-carbon urban traffic. This paper suggests dividing the work of establishing Low-carbon urban traffic system into three subjects, including the responsibilities of government, companies, and residents. For each subject, the paper points out the duty. Finally, some suggestions and recommendations are provided for the future development of low-carbon transportation in Shanghai.
