摘　　要：在对国内外研究现状分析的基础上,研究立足于影响建筑配建停车需求的因素分析,通过交通调查的方法得到影响建筑配建停车需求的特征数据,分析了停车需求的特征和规律,在此基础上建立了基于影响建筑配建停车的需求模型。最后,以温州市主城区为例,运用上述方法,对建筑配建停车需求进行了预测,并提出了相应的停车发展建议。The paper presents a research of the fixed parking demand predicting in China that has heretofore largely gone unnoticed in strategy of fixed parking demand based on some mixed conditions for a variety of constraints, and offers methods for parking demand analysis. This paper traces the history of methods for parking demand. Based on Stated Preference Survey, the fixed parking demand model is established on the basis of the surveyed data. Finally use the above method in the downtown of Wenzhou City with establishing the parking demand model, and give some corresponding parking development proposals.
