摘　　要：绿色供应链管理以绿色制造理论和供应链管理技术为基础,综合考虑对环境的影响和资源利用率,是人类可持续发展战略在企业中的重要体现。通过分析国外企业实施绿色供应链管理的模式及特点,探讨我国企业推行绿色供应链管理的措施。Based on green manufacturing theory and SCM technologies, green supply chain management takes into its decision making mechanism factors such as environmental impact and resource utility rate, which reflects the importance of sustained development for the enterprises. Through analyzing the mode and characteristics of its application by foreign enterprises, the paper proposes the measures for the promotion of green supply chain practice among the chinese enterprises.
