摘　　要：改进芝麻糖手工艺,设计出一种新型芝麻糖压片机械可以实现芝麻糖压片工艺的自动化生产,该机采用输送带传动,通过进料装置,温度控制,实现芝麻糖生产的机械化、连续化、自动化。结合生产实际,综合考虑芝麻糖的形状特点和生产率,采用多层分铺原理实现芝麻糖的成型。所设计的设备结构简单,操作、维护方便,满足了实际生产的需要。In order to improve the sesamose manual pat sugar craft,designing a new type sesamose presser machine which can realize sesamose presser process automation production,the machine uses conveyor belt transmission,by feeding device,temperature control,realizing sesamose production mechanization,continuous and automation production.Connecting with the production practice and comprehensive consideration of sesamose shape characteristics and productivity.it spreads by using multi-level points sesamose forming theory to realize.The equipment has simple structure and convenient maintain.It operates easily,satisfying the need of the actual production.
