摘  要:研究了一种纵弯复合型的直线超声波电动机,介绍了其结构和工作原理,运用ANSYS 11有限元分析软件建立了压电振子的有限元模型,对压电振子进行了模态分析、谐响应分析、瞬态动力学分析和接触分析。通过仿真得到了压电振子的振型,计算了压电振子的产生纵弯复合振动的最佳频率,验证了压电振子驱动足的椭圆运动的形成,并通过接触分析证明了这种直线超声波电动机的可行性。仿真结果对纵弯复合模态的直线超声波电动机的设计具有重要的指导意义,为直线超声波电动机的制作和实验研究奠定了基础。A linear ultrasonic with longitudinal and bending mode was researched. The structure and operating principle of the linear ultrasonic were presented. Finite element model of the motor was established. A serial of analysis including modal, harmonic responses,transient were made using ANSYS software. Vibrating mode of the piezoelectric resonator was obtained with simulation, and the frequency of the vibration with longitudinal and bending mode was calculated. The ellipti- cal trace of the driving-foot of the piezoelectric resonator was tested with simulation. In ANSYS, the transient analysis about the motor considering the contact between the resonator and the slider was applied, and the slider was proved success- fully to move linearly by the piezoelectric resonator. Result of the simulation has value very much for the prototype-making and the experiment of the motor.
