摘 要:为更好地支持面向大规模定制的企业工时定额的制定,以产品族加工时间的快速确定为研究目标,提出了一套全新的面向产品族的加工时间确定方法。在产品族结构分析的基础上,把产品族的共享结构和变型结构分别作为静态工时模块和动态工时模块的构造基础。研究了柔性参数水平对产品族加工时间的影响机理,构建了产品族各工时模块加工时间模型,以柔性参数水平的匹配搜索算法实现定制产品加工时间的估算。通过实例验证了方法的有效性。To better support for the development of time quota for mass customization enterprise, the fast formulating of process time for produet family was identified as the research objectives. And a new method for formulating the process time for product family was proposed. Based on the analysis of product family structure ,the sharing structure and the variable structure in product family were respectively identified as the base of the static time module and the dynamic time module. The impact mechanism how flexible parameter level affects the process time of product family was studied. The process time model was built. And the estimation of time quota for custom products was achieved through the matching search algorithm of flexible parameter level. The example showed than the effectiveness of this method.
