COX-2与CYP1B1在人乳腺癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨人乳腺癌组织中COX-2和CYP1 B1的表达规律及与临床病理特征的关系,对认识其在乳腺癌发生发展中的作用奠定初步病理学基础。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测42例乳腺癌组织中COX-2和CYP1 B1的表达情况,结合临床病理指标进行研究分析。结果在乳腺癌中COX-2和CYP1 B1表达阳性率分别为78.6%和73.8%。COX-2的阳性表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、组织学分级显著相关(P<0.05);CYP1 B1的阳性表达与组织学分级、ER表达显著相关(P<0.05)。乳腺癌COX-2与CYP1 B1表达呈正相关(r=0.481,P<0.01)。结论人乳腺癌组织存在COX-2与CYP1 B1的共同阳性表达,COX-2可能促进CYP1 B1表达,共同作用参与乳腺癌的发生发展。Objectivc To investigate the expression of COX-2 and CYP1 B1 in human breast cancer and the correlation between expression and clinicopathologic characteristic, laying a pathologic foundation for better understanding of their roles in the tumorigenesis of breast cancer cells. Methods Immunohistochemical method was applied to check the expression of COX-2 and CYP1 B1 protein in 42 cases of breast cancer cells. Results Positive expression rates of COX-2 and CYP1B1 were 78.6% and 73.8% respectively. Expression of COX-2 correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis and histologic grade （p 〈 0.05 ） , whereras expression of CYP1 B1 correlated with histologic grade and estrogen receptor（ p 〈 0. 05 ）. There was a significant correlation between expression of COX-2 and CYP1BI in breast cancer（ r = 0. 481 , P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Both COX-2 and CYP1 B1 express and function in human breast tumorigenesis. COX-2 may play a positive role in upregulating CYP1B1.
