摘　　要：目的:评价宫颈管搔刮取术(Endocervical Curettage,ECC)对宫颈病变辅助诊断的临床意义。方法:对47例细胞学异常而阴道镜检查不满意或者镜下活检阴性行ECC患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:47例患者中ECC仍为阴性者19例(40.42%),CIN 23例(48.94%),宫颈癌5例(10.64%)。结论:细胞学异常而阴道镜检查阴性时要重视ECC检查,这样能更有效地避免对CIN及宫颈癌的漏诊。Objective To evaluate the clinical meaning of endocervical curettage in the auxiliary diagnosis of cervical disease.Methods Analysis the clinical data of 47 patients with abnormal result of LPT and minus result of colposcopy.Results In 47 patients,the 19 ECC results is still minus（40.42%）,the 23 patients is CIN（48.94%）,5 patients is cervical cancer（10.64%）.Conclusion When the result of cytological test is abnormal and the result of colposcopy is minus,we must attach importance to ECC.Thus,we can avoid effectively to missed diagnosis of CIN and cervical cancer.
