摘 要:【目的】探索土壤肥力指标与当归品质和产量间的相互关系,为当归规范化种植提供理论依据。【方法】通过相关分析、通径分析对土壤肥力主要因子与当归品质和产量主要指标间相互关系进行分析。【结果】云南地区当归品质主要指标阿魏酸含量为1.56~2.42mg/g,产量主要指标单株鲜重为38.95~257.26g。当归阿魏酸含量、单株鲜重与土壤全N、速效K、有机质含量均呈正相关,与土壤速效P含量呈负相关。土壤肥力因子中对当归阿魏酸含量直接影响最大的是速效K,最小的是有机质;对当归单株鲜重影响最大的是全N,最小的是速效P。【结论】土壤肥力指标对当归品质及产量影响较大是速效K、全N,其次是速效P、有机质。[Objective]The objective of present experiment was to study the relationship between soil fertility indices and yield and quality of angelica,and to provide the scientific basis for its Chinese crude drugs(GAP)cultivation.[Method]The methods of correlation analysis and path analysis was used to study the major soil fertility affecting factors and their effects on yield and quality of angelica.[Result]The ferulic acid content of angelica was recorded in the range of 1.56-2.42 mg/g and yield of single plant angelica from 38.95-257.26 g in Yunnan area.The ferulic acid content and fresh weight per plant angelica were positively correlated with the N,K and organic matter contents,whereas a negative correlation of them was observed with P content.The most important soil fertility factor influencing the angelica ferulic acid content was recorded as K,whereas the organic matter was found as least influencing factor.The most important soil fertility factor influencing the fresh weight per plant angelica was N,whereas the least influencing factor was P.[Conclusions]The results of the present study revealed that N and K may play an important role in enhancing yield and quality of angelica.
