摘 要:目的检测大鼠单侧拔牙后不同时期下颌髁突软骨中PGE2的含量,探讨大鼠单侧后牙缺失对下颌髁突软骨的影响。方法选择Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠48只,随机分为8组,实验组和对照组各4组,每组6只,雌雄各半。实验组大鼠拔除左侧上下颌磨牙,分别于拔牙后3d、2周、4周和12周建立单侧后牙缺失动物模型。对照组大鼠不做拔牙处理,与实验组大鼠同期建立动物模型。检测各组大鼠在单侧拔牙后3d、2周、4周和12周下颌髁突软骨中PGE2的含量。结果 (1)拔牙后3d,双侧髁突软骨中PGE2含量均较对照组增高(P<0.01)。(2)拔牙后2周,双侧髁突软骨中PGE2含量较拔牙后3d降低,但比对照组增高(P<0.01)。(3)拔牙后4周,双侧髁突软骨中PGE2含量较拔牙后3d增高(P<0.01),且拔牙侧比非拔牙侧高(P<0.01)。(4)拔牙后12周,双侧髁突软骨中PGE2含量较拔牙后3d增高(P<0.01),但较4周下降,且拔牙侧比非拔牙侧高(P<0.01)。结论单侧后牙缺失可引起髁突软骨中PGE2的含量改变。Objective To detect the rat's content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages at different time. study the effect unilateral posterior teeth loss to condyle cartilage.Methods Fourty-eight Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into eight groups at random, four experimental groups and four control groups.Each group had six rats,three were males and another three were females. The rats in the experimental groups were extracted the left maxillary and mandibular posterior teeth,then were killed after three days,two weeks,four weeks and twelve weeks.We did nothing to the rats in control groups,and they were killed at the same time corresponding to experimental groups.Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages. Results ( 1 )The content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages after extracting three days increases contrast to control group (P〈0.01). (2)The content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages after extracting two weeks is lower than three days but still higher than control group (P〈0.01). (3)The content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages increases significantly in postextracting four weeks contrast to pos- textracting three days(P〈0.01 ).And the content of PGE2 in the extracting side condyle cartilage is higher than non-extracting side(P〈 0.01). (4)The content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages after extracting twelve weeks is higher than three days but a littlelower than four weeks (P〈0.01). And the content of PGE2 in the extracting side condyle cartilage is higher than non-extracting side (P〈 0.01 ).Conclusion Unilateral posterior teeth loss can affect the content of PGE2 in condyle cartilage.
