摘  要:该文研究了三圆柱定子纵-弯复合模式超声波电机的驱动机理,设计制作了三圆柱定子纵-弯模式的新型结构电机,并进行了实验测试。实验结果表明,该类型电机不但结构简单紧凑,而且具有良好的输出性能,如反应速度快、控制特性好,低速大转矩等,设计达到了预期目标。The three cylindrical stator longitudinal ' flexural composite model ultrasonic motor drive mecha- nism was studied, the three cylindrical stator longitudinal ' flexural composite model ultrasonic motor of a new structure motor was designed and manufactured, and the experiment test was made.
