摘 要:建立基于温控离子液体-分散液液微萃取和高效液相色谱-紫外检测联用的环境水样中痕量有机磷农药的分析检测方法.在优化的萃取条件下,不同环境水样中4种有机磷农药在2~500μg.L-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2>0.994 3),检测限(s/n=3)为0.1~0.3μg.L-1,相对标准偏差为1.0%~6.3%;加标回收率为80.8%~116.9%.该方法采用离子液体([C6MIM][PF6])代替卤代烷烃类萃取剂提取富集有机磷农药,具有操作简便、环境友好、富集倍数和回收率高等优点,适合于环境水样中痕量有机磷农药的多组分测定.A temperature-controlled ionic liquid dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with high performance liquid chromatograph method had been established for the determination of trace amounts of organophosphorus pesticides in environmental water samples.Under the optimal conditions,the method yielded a linear calibration curves(R20.994 3) in the concentration ranging from 2-500 μg·L-1 for four organophosphorus pesticides in different water samples.The limits of detection(s/n=3) were 0.1-0.3 μg·L-1.The relative standard deviation(RSD) varied from 1.0% to 6.3%.Good spiked recoveries over the range of 80.8%-116.9% were obtained.The proposed method has used the ionic liquid() to replace organic solvent as an extraction solvent for the extraction of organophosphorus pesticides,and had some advantages such as simple operation,environmental friendly,high recoveries and enrichment factors.The method was suitable to detect the trace amounts and multi-components of organophosphorus pesticides residues in enviromental water samples.
