摘　　要：为贯彻执行教育部关于制定"卓越工程师培养计划"的指示,华中科技大学土木工程与力学学院结合土木工程专业的行业背景和职业导向,就其培养计划中的培养标准、培养方案、实践环节及实施方法进行了较为深入的研究。To implement the instructions of ＂excellent engineer training program＂ established by the Ministry of Education, school of civil engineering ＆ mechanics in Huazhong University of Science and Technology combined the industry background with career-oriented of civil engineering specialty, researched on training standards, training programs, practice and implementation methods in training program.
