摘　　要：把握大学生红色德育的发展脉络,推进红色德育引导机制建设,是文化德育视阈下提升高校德育成效的迫切要求。高校要立足网络的开放性、共享性、互动性等基本特征,以优化网络价值环境和服务功能为导向,有的放矢地创新和开发红色网络德育引导载体。It is the requirement of improving moral education to hold the development clue of moral education and to improve the mechanism of the moral education. Based on internet which has open, sharing and interactive characteristics, the universities should innovate and develop the measures to build moral education with internet and service optimization
