摘  要:就业歧视现象的泛滥,呼唤反就业歧视法的出台;从歧视行为、歧视结果、歧视类型等六方面厘定了就业歧视的确切概念,认为出台反歧视的专门法,是劳动权、平等权、人的尊严权的共同需要。At present, there are a lot discriminations against employment, therefore, it is urgent for the government to legislate the law of Anti-discrimination. In this article, the author defines the concept of the discrimination against employment from the six points, such as, the action of discrimination, the result of discrimination and the types of discrimination, etc. To legislate the law of Anti-discrimination is the common need of protecting labor right, equal fight and the dignity of person.
