摘  要:多维度网络思维管理是现代教学的新思维。多维度网络为《文献检索》课提供了引导式教学平台,同时要求建立相应的引导式教学策略:丰富网络课程资源、激发求知欲实现"三维规划"、在实例与实践教学设计中实现"四维部署"、实现"多维运营"、网络运行反馈、"归零退役"实现维度升级等,最终实现教学效果的提升。The thought about the multidimensional characteristic of network should be introduced to the teaching of modern management. Multidimensional network just provides inducing-mode teaching platform for Literature Retrieved. Some corresponding teaching policies needed to be established, such as enriching network courses resources, arousing thirsting for knowledge to realize "three-dimensional plan", implementing "four-dimensional disposition" in teaching design of instance and practice, achieving "muhidimensional operations" and "zero-return retired" to upgrading network by feedbacks of teaching effect so as to promote teaching-effect.
