无偿献血者意愿及需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解莆田市无偿献血者相关信息及将来献血意愿,进一步探索其献血需求及改进措施。方法:在莆田市区随机抽取三个献血站,采用自制问卷方式进行现场调查,实际访问503人,有效回收479份,有效应答率95.2%。结果:调查显示,接受问卷调查的无偿献血者中表示以后仍愿意加入献血队伍占89.4%,表示不确定或不愿意者占10.6%;影响后者最主要的两个因素是担心自身健康(39.2%)和怕感染疾病(31.4%);对于改进的措施中多数建议应提高献血安全性(43.8%),加强媒体广告宣传(58.5%)。结论:无偿献血者普遍担忧献血现况,特别是安全性问题,改进无偿献血者的相关需求,各献血站及责任机构根据相关因素进行改进,可更好的发展和扩大无偿献血者队伍。Objective：In order to know the blood donors＇ related informations and willingness in Putian city,which to explore their needs and improvement measures.Methods：Three blood donation stations were randomly selected in Putian city for the investigation by using self-made questionnaire.Actually 503 people were interviewed from October to December and 479 copies of effective recycled,with an effective response rates 95.2%.Results：The rate of willing to take part in blood donation in the future was 89.4%,while others account for 10.6%;As the most important reasons of the latter were majorly worrying about health（39.2%） and infection（31.4%）;As to the measures for improving needs adviced by most blood donors were to enhance blood donation security（43.8%） and strengthen advertising（58.5%）.Conclusion：Blood donation current conditions especially the security problems worries the general donors.Each blood station and liability institutions should take actions according to related factors to help develop and expand the team of voluntary blood donors.
