HPLC测定肤痒胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定肤痒胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A含量的HPLC法。方法用HPLC测定肤痒胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A的含量,采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱,以甲醇∶乙腈∶0.7%磷酸溶液(20∶2∶78)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长403 nm,柱温30℃。结果羟基红花黄色素A含量在1.38-13.8μg范围与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回收率为101.83%,RSD值0.2%(n=5)。结论本文所建立的测定肤痒胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A含量的HPLC法简便,重复性好,可作为肤痒胶囊及其提取物中羟基红花黄色素A的含量检测方法。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for determining the content of hydroxysafflor A（HYSA） in Fuyang capsule.Methods Hypersil ODS was applied with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid（20∶ 2∶ 78） and UV detection wavelength of 403 nm.The content of HYSA in Fuyang capsule was determined by HPLC method.Results HYSA showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.38-13.8 μg.The average recovery was 101.83% and RSD was 0.2%（n=5）.Conclusion The established method is accurate and reliable,and could be used for the quality control of the Fuyang capsule.
