摘 要:船体三维设计软件的使用,使设计人员可利用计算机实现模拟造船,直接发现设计中存在的错误和问题,以便提高设计精度,减少差错。该文以沪东中华造船有限公司开发的EFSHD软件为平台,以8000t江海直达货轮为例进行船体三维建模设计。介绍了船体某分段的平面板架和曲面板架的建模方法,重点分析了船体曲面板架创建功能的多样性、快速性,提出了船体板架三维建模中应注意的几个问题;建模中掌握的一些操作技巧及注意事项可使整个建模过程流畅自如,并可供造船厂在生产中参考应用。By the use of 3D hull design software, the simulation of shipbuilding can be achieved with a computer. Errors or problems in design can be found easily, so that design accuracy is improved and errors are reduced. In this paper, with software EFSHD developed by Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. as a platform and Jianghai 8000t hull ship taken as an example, 3D modeling design is performed. Modeling of the hull sub-frame and curved flat plate panel frame is described. Functional diversity and rapidity in creating hull curved panel frame is focused on. Several issues in 3D modeling should be paid attention to are put forward. Some modeling techniques and operational considerations applied in shipbuilding are proposed.
