摘 要:该文观察了胆道感染时PMN产生MDA和释放MPO的变化。结果显示 :胆管炎大鼠术后 3hPMN产生MDA的量明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,以后各时相点PMN产生的量进行性升高。胆管炎大鼠各时相点PMN释放MPO的量均显著增高 ,明显高于SO组 (P <0 0 1) ,并呈进行性增高。表明胆道感染时PMN被炎症介质激活 ,产生氧自由基及脱颗粒释放各种酶增多 。This project is to study the changes of methanedicarbonic aldehyde (MDA) and MPO released by Polymor Phonuclear (PMN) during biliary infXection. The results showed that the quantity of MDA produced by PMN increased significantly three hours after operation in the rat with angiocholitis (P<0.01) and it increased progressively at each latter temporal point. The quantity of MPO released by PMN increased progressively at each postoperative temporal point, it was significantly higher than that of the rats without biliary infection (P<0.01). The results suggest that PMN be activated by inflammatory mediums under the condition of biliary infection. The oxygen free radical produced by PMN and various enzymes released by degranules increase. This procedure creates. the hepatocellular injury.
