摘　　要：目的探讨复杂性视网膜脱离术后进一步提高的护理效果提供参考。方法回顾性总结115例复杂性视网膜脱离患者术后的护理经验。结果 115例全部患者治愈出院,无并发症。结论术后被动体位的护理、心理护理、病情观察及健康教育等护理措施对巩固手术效果,促进康复起着重要作用。Objective Try to discuss the postoperative nursing measures of complex retinal detachment in order to further improve the effect of nursing care. Methods Retrospectively summarize the postoperative nursing measures of 115 cases of complex retinal detachment. Results All patients are successfully cured with no complications. Conclusion The passive position care,psychological care,observation and health education after the surgery are of great importance for operation effect and rehabilitation.
