摘  要:目的探索如何在产科护理管理中应用层次分析法,促进护理质量的提高。方法将产科护理管理目标分解成不同层次的子系统,建立层次结构模型,然后运用层次分析法,对产科护理管理诸要素按重要顺序排位。结果在产科护理管理的13种要素中,其优先顺序依次为量化考核、工作氛围、发展机会等。结论层次分析法是一种准确、实用的评价方法,对产科护理管理有重要的评价意义。Objective To explore a new quantitative analytic method of nursing management to improve obstetric nursing quality. Methods The target of obstetric nursing management is composed into several subsystems according to the level to establish the structure model based on the level.Then the elements of obstetric nursing management are sorted in line with their order of importance through analytic hierarchy process. Results The priority is quantitative assess,working atmosphere,development opportunities in the 13 elements of obstetric nursing management. Conclusion Analytic hierarchy process is an accurate,practical evaluation method,which is significant to obstetric nursing management.
