摘　　要：相对于其他教学活动,实践教学不仅是人才培养的重要环节,更是实现人才知识、能力、素质协调发展的重要途径和手段。职业院校的实训基地是培养高技能人才的重要场所之一。从作为国家示范性高等职业院校建设单位的北京财贸职业学院"商业一条街"运作模式入手,探讨如何相关的教育理论并就首都财贸行业的特点,贯彻落实校企结合、工学结合的人才培养模式,如何围绕"能财会商"建立起的"财贸人才"职业能力培养体系,介绍了就其取得的成果和经验加以。Compared to other teaching activities, practice teaching is an important part of training as to achieve knowledge, ability, quality and coordinated development. Teaching practice in the teaching program is to develop students＇innovative and independent set of practice to achieve highly skilled personnel. ＂Business Street＂ of Beijing vocational vollege of fiance and commerce （one of the national demonstration vocational colleges）, is the fulfillment of the characteristics of professional capacity-building system. According to the theories, it has not only formed a unique set of methods and operating mechanism, but also made a very good experience and practice.
