重复癌的病因及诊疗方案的探讨和展望

摘　　要：随着医学技术的发展,各种现代的癌症治疗手段不断涌现,如放疗和化疗大量应用临床,虽然在一定程度上延长了患者的生存期,提高了肿瘤的治愈率,但这些治疗手段也导致了重复癌的产生,本文通过查找国内外相关文献探讨重复癌的概念、病因、临床特点、治疗方法及预后,增加对重复癌的认识,减少临床工作中的误诊和漏诊,争取早期诊断、早期治疗是本病治疗的关键。With the development of medical technology, a variety of modem cancer treatments are emerging, such as a large number of clinical application of radiation and chemotherapy, although to a certain extent, to extend the survival of patients, increased tumor cure rate, but these treatment also led to duplication of cancer produced this paper to find relevant literature to explore the concept of repeated cancer, etiology, clinical features, treatment and prognosis, increased understanding of repeat cancer, to reduce the mis-diagnosis and missed diagnosis inclinical work. For early diagnosis and early treatment are key to the treatment of this disease.
