摘　　要：介绍了国外护士按能级分层使用的现状及研究进展,从层级设置及分层实践,分层使用中不同层次护士的定位及作用,护士专业能力分层及进阶等方面介绍了我国护理人员分层使用的实践,并总结了护士分层管理的效果。It introduced the status quo and research progress of stratified use of foreign nurses according to the energy level, and it introduced the practice of nurse grading use in china from the position and role, nurses professional competence layered and advanced and summarized the effect of nurse grading management.
