关于深化高职院校民主管理的思考

摘　　要：在高职院校实行民主管理，就是以发挥教职员工主人翁地位为基础，集中群众智慧来管理学校。民主管理是推进依法治校，促进学校民主政治建设的重要途径。作者结合所在学院在实施民主管理过程中，通过民主管理从制度保障，做到管理制度化、民主管理从决策开始介入，做到决策民主化、落实民主管理制度，做到执行规范化等三方面的实践探索，从提高认识、完善机制、创新形式和与相关工作结合等四个方面就如何进一步深化高职院校民主管理进行了探讨。Democratic management in higher vocational college is based on everyone＇s ownership in college. it is manage the colleges by using their wisdom. Democratic management is the important way to promote administrate a college by Law, the building of college＇s democracy and politics. By combining the course of the implementation of democratic management in author college, we did democratic management systemization, the decision-making democracy, implementation standardized through the system Guarantee.democratic management from decision, workable democratic managemen system. From three aspects of the implementation of practical experience, we discuss on how to deepening democratic management of higher vocational colleges from four aspects of awareness, improve the mechanism, innovative and other relative work.
