摘  要:目的 观察 2 45 0MHz微波对视网膜神经细胞的损伤作用。方法 体外培养细胞 ,按微波强度分 3组进行微波辐射 1h ,测温 ,观察细胞形态 ,测细胞存活率 ,测定细胞内SOD、GSH Px酶活性及MDA含量 ,原位末端标记检测凋亡。结果 辐射后SOD及GSH Px活性明显下降 ,MDA含量增高 ,个别细胞凋亡 ,上述改变随着微波强度而增加。结论  2 45 0MHz微波可引起视网膜神经细胞的脂质过氧化损伤及细胞凋亡 ,损伤程度随微波辐射强度而增加。Objective To investigate the damage in retina nerve cells induced by 2450 MHz microwave.Methods Retinal nerve cells were divided into 3 groups in term of microwave intensity and exposed to microwave for 1 hour.The temperature of cultured fluid、the mortality of cells、the activity of SOD、GSH Px and the content of MDA was measured.The morphological variation of cells was observed.Apoptosis detection was taken by cell death detection kit in situ. Results The activity of intracellular SOD and GSH Px decreased singificantly compared with the control group and the content of MDA was just opposite.A few cells undergone apoptosis.This effect was consistent with microwave intensity.Conclusions On the condition of this experiment,2450 MHz microwave could induced the lipid peroxid damage and apoptosis in retinal nerve cells.The damage was consistent with microwave intensity.
