眼球严重挫伤致视力损害的分析

摘　　要：目的　分析眼球挫伤引起视力严重损害的情况。方法　对 13 8例眼挫伤的损伤情况及治疗结果进行分析。结果　角膜损伤 2 3例占 16 7% ,前房积血 75例占 5 4 3 % ,外伤性葡萄膜炎 3 8例占 2 7 5 % ,继发性青光眼 63例占 45 7% ,眼球破裂 3 3例占 2 3 9% ,晶状体脱位 2 7例占 19 6% ,外伤性白内障 3 9例占2 8 3 % ,玻璃体积血 2 3例占 16 7% ,视网膜脱离及视神经挫伤各5例占 3 6%。结论　眼球严重挫伤是多部位的复合伤 ,往往损伤很重 ,视力的恢复也不容乐观 ,应强调预防为主。Objective To study visual damage after blunt injury,Method Analysis 138 cases injury and therapy.Results Corneal injury 23 cases (16.7%),hyphema 75 cases (54.3%),uveitis 38 cases (27.5%),secondary glaucoma 63 cases (45.7%),rupture of eyeball 33 cases (23.9%), luxation of the lens 27 cases(19.6%),traumatic cataract 39 cases (28.3%),vitreous hemorrhage 23 cases (16.7%),retinal detachmant and optic nerve demage 5 cases (3.6%).Conclusion Ocular contusion has several areas compound injury and is usually serious visual rehabilitation is not optimum,must be “prevention first”.
