摘　　要：目的　使用改良的鼻泪管阻塞钻切术治疗慢性泪囊炎。方法　利用自制的环钻器等器械切除鼻泪管阻塞 ,并置入网眼硅胶管防止再阻塞。结果　术后 3月随访 ,74眼中 63眼( 85 13 % )治愈 ,4眼 ( 5 41% )好转和 7眼 ( 9 46% )无效。结论　与泪囊鼻腔吻合术比较 ,操作简单和易于掌握 ,特别适用于农村医院 ,因此受到了青年医师和患者的欢迎。Objective We have used the improved operation for removed nasolacrimal obstruction to kreatchronic decryocystitis.Methods We make use of self made frephine to remove nasolacrimal obstruction.After it have been done,We place the silica gel with mesh in the nasolacrimal to prevent postoperative reobstruction. Results Followed up over 3 months after postoperation,all of 74 eyes,63 eyes (85.13%) is recovery 4 eyes (5.41%) is improved and 7 eyes (9.46%) is failed.Conclusions Compared to decryosystoriy the operation is simple and grasped easily.We think the operation is worthy to extend specially in country hospital.
