中药联合肝病治疗仪治疗非酒精性脂肪肝87例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药联合肝病治疗仪治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的临床疗效。方法将137例NAFL患者随机分为2组,治疗组87例在常规治疗基础上加中药口服,并联合肝病治疗仪治疗;对照组50例予常规治疗。2组均治疗12周后观察临床疗效,肝功能、血糖、血脂及脂肪肝超声变化。结果治疗组治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、甘油三酯(TG)及总胆固醇(TC)均较本组治疗前下降(P<0.01),且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后脂肪肝超声显像总有效率100%,对照组治疗后脂肪肝超声显像总有效率44.0%,治疗组治疗后脂肪肝超声显像总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率52.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组症状改善比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论中药联合肝病治疗仪治疗NAFL疗效确切,能改善患者肝功能、脂质代谢,改善B超影像,降低血脂、胰岛素抵抗,疗效明显优于对照组。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Liver Disease Therapy Instrument on nonalcoholic fatty liver（NAFL）.Methods 137 cases with NAFL were randomly divided into treatment group （n=87） and control group（n=50）.The control group received a simple lifestyle intervention.The treatment group received the combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Liver Disease Therapy Instrument on the basis of simple lifestyle intervention.And the changes of liver function,blood glucose,blood lipids and ultrasonography were observed after 12–week treatment in the two groups.Results ALT,γ-GT,HOMA-IR,TG and TC after treatment were decreased in comparison with those before treatment in treatment group（P0.05）.The improvement for ALT,γ-GT,HOMA-IR,TG and TC in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment（P0.05）.The total effective rate of ultrasonography in treatment group（100%） was higher than that in control group（44.0%,P0.01）.There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate（P0.01）.Conclusion The combination therapy of Liver Disease Therapy Instrument and traditional Chinese medicine has exact curative effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver,which is significantly superior to the controls in improving liver function,the lipid metabolism,ultrasonography and lowering the blood lipid,insulin resistance;simple lifestyle intervention has a certain positive role on the treatment of fatty liver.
