摘  要:个人收入分配制度改革已经纳入"十二五"规划。个人收入分配制度改革与劳动关系调整的目的具有一致性,二者存在的主要问题大体是一致的。推进这项改革的路径在于,按照"形成企业和职工利益共享机制",调整劳动关系,理顺初次分配、再分配关系,逐步达到预期目的。The system reform of personal income distribution has been incorporated into "the 12th five-year plan".Its purpose is consistent with that of adjustment of labor relations in that they share the same problems.The path that promotes the reform lies in the adjustment of labor relations and the adjustment of the relations between primary distribution and redistribution so as to gradually achieving the expected objective according to the "the scheme of forming the mechanism in which the benefits ard shared by enterprises and workers".
