摘　　要：高校教师队伍建设的一个重要方面是严格实施教师准入制度,严把教师入口关。"十一五"期间山西高校教师学历、性别、教育背景、学科等方面情况说明,加强山西高校教师队伍建设任重道远。The rigorous enforcement of education teacher access system is an important part in the construction of the contingent of college and university teachers.On the basis of a research and analysis focusing on the academic background,educational history,gender composition and professional background of teachers from colleges and universities in Shanxi during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan,a conclusion has been reached that the construction of the contingent of college and university teachers in Shanxi still has a long march to cover.
