血清MG7-Ag和TAG-72对胃癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的　测定血清ＭＧ７ － Ａｇ 和ＴＡＧ－ ７２ ，以探讨对胃癌的诊断价值。方法　本文测定３６ 例胃癌患者血清胃癌单抗ＭＧ７ 相应抗原（ ＭＧ７Ａｇ） 和单抗Ｂ７２－３ 相应抗原即肿瘤相关糖蛋白抗原（ ＴＡＧ－ ７２） 。结果　血清ＭＧ７Ａｇ 和ＴＡＧ－ ７２ 测定诊断胃癌的敏感性分别为５２－８ ％ 和６９－４ ％ ，特异性分别为８６－２ ％ 和８４－５ ％ ，两者联合检测可提高胃癌的阳性检出率达８６－１ ％ 。胃癌切除后血清ＭＧ７Ａｇ 和ＴＡＧ－ ７２ 较术前降低，手术前后比较有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论　提示这两项指标可用于胃癌的疗效评估。Objective To investigate the value of MG7 Ag and TAG 72 in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.Mehtods Serum corresponding antigen of MG7(MG7 Ag) and tumor associated glycoprotein 72(TAG 72) were determined in 94 cases,including gastric carcinoma(36 cases),dysplasia of gastric mucosa(8 cases),gastric ulcer(20 cases),other gastrointestinal tumors(10 cases) and normal controls(20 cases).Results Serum MG7 Ag and TAG 72 were significantly higher in gastric carcinoma than in controls and other diseases( P <0.05).As markers,MG7 Ag and TAG 72 were adopted in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma,the sensitivity being 52.8% and 69.4% and the specificity 86.2% and 84.5% respectively.With the combined use of MG7 Ag and TAG 72 assays ,the sensitivity was raised to 86.1%.A marked fall in MG7 Ag and TAG 72 levels was noted in 10 patients with gastric carcinoma after surgical resction.Conclusion The results suggest that these two assays are useful for the assessment of efficacy in treating gastric carcinoma.
