摘  要:对分别安装DOC+DPF和DOC+POC后处理装置的两台柴油机进行了排放试验。在有/无后处理装置两种状态下,通过ESC试验对两台发动机常规污染物CO、HC、NOx和PM以及非常规污染物NO2和SO2的排放水平进行检测和对比分析,此外对全负荷烟度水平也进行了检测。试验结果表明:DOC+DPF后处理装置对常规污染物的减排效果优于DOC+POC,但前者会导致NO2排放水平增大;二者都能够有效地降低SO2的排放;两种后处理装置都可以改善发动机高转速时的全负荷烟度,而且受油品等级影响很小。Emission tests were implemented to two light-duty diesels equipped with DOC + DPF and DOC + POC after-treatment systems, respectively. Under both conditions of with and without after-treatment system, conven- tional and inconventional emission pollutants and full-load smoke were detected and analyzed. Test results showed, DOC + DPF have a better reduction effect than DOC + POC to conventional emission, but may result in increasing of NO2 emission; both of the after-treatment systems can reduce SO2 emission; both of them can im- prove full-load smoke level of the engine at high speed and were influenced little by the grade of fuel.
