摘　　要：铁路工程项目建设是一项大规模的、复杂的管理工程,专业化、工厂化、机械化、信息化的现代化管理手段的应用,为提高工程建设管理水平提供充分的科技基础。工程建设的信息化管理水平,将成为今后建设类企业、乃至使铁路建设走出国门的核心竞争力体现。阐述现阶段信息化技术在工程建设项目管理中应用的背景和意义,提出工程信息化管理的目的和主要内容模式,并结合信息化系统在大西铁路建设中的实际开发应用,详细介绍系统框架和各模块的功能作用,最后就信息化系统的实施进行相关讨论。Railway construction is a large,complex management project,specialized,industrialized,mechanized,IT-based modern management approaches are applied to provide adequate technical bases to improve the level of construction management.IT-based information management level will become the core competitive power for many building businesses as well as the construction of railways to go out of the country.This paper describes the background and significance of the application of current stage information technology in construction project management,proposes the main purpose and content model in engineering information management,and based on the actual development application of information systems in Datong-Xi＇an railway project,introduces in detail the system framework and functions of each module,and finally carries out relevant discussions about the implementation of information systems.
