摘  要:通过CFG桩完整性检测,一部分桩浅部存在缺陷,其特点为反射波曲线周期大,无柱底反射信号,缺陷性质为水平断裂,按验标规范自检10%频率,前期检测900根,浅部断裂50根,占检测总数的5.6%,断裂的位置为从桩顶往下50~80 cm,另完整性检测过程中发现部分桩帽与桩不能有效连结成为一整体,以上2种情况严重影响桩身质量。在进行单桩承载力试验分级加载接近到设计荷载时桩头破损,影响正常试验,不能反映单桩承载力的真实性。为确保CFG桩质量完整性及单桩承载力试验结果的正确性,应在施工或试验过程中引起高度重视,做到预防为主,从而制定一些施工措施及方法。Through CFG pile integrity testing,a portion of the piles was found with defects at shallow depths,which were characterized by a large reflected wave cycle curve,without reflected signal at the bottom of columns,and the defects featured horizontal ones.According to the standard self-test inspection standard rate of 10%,pre-test conducted for 900 piles,with 50 fractured at shallow depths,accounting for 5.6% of the total number of detected,and fracture locations of the piles were from 50 ~ 80cm.And during the integrity test it was found that partial pile caps and pile bodies were not effectively connected as a whole.The above two serious conditions affected the quality of piles.Pile caps damaged in the test during the staged loading close to the design load,which affected the normal test and did not reflect the authenticity of pile capacity.To ensure the integrity and quality of CFG pile capacity and the correct pile test results,in the process of construction or test great importance should be attached to prevention measures,so as to formulate some measures and methods of construction.
