摘　　要：市场经济条件下,住房保障项目相关利益主体的策略行为有其特殊性,以互动公平均衡理论为基点,通过研究住房保障博弈中各利益主体策略选择的公平性和互动性,对其策略行为进行深入分析,进而可得出结论:引入第三方组织可以有效减小相关主体寻租行为的动机,从而实现住房保障项目的整体公平性及社会福利最大化。The strategic behaviors of housing security project are concerned stakeholders with some particularity. Based on the theory of faimess equilibrium, by researching the equality and interaction of each stakeholders＇ choice of strategies in housing security game, and the relative strategic behaviors is deeply researched, following with the third party organization is brought into decrease the motivation of concerned stakeholders＇ rent-see- king activity effectively, furthermore, the whole equity of housing security project as well as maximizing the welfare of society will be realized.
