摘  要:目的了解护理专科生临床实习出科考核的现状,为规范实习生出科考核提供依据。方法以《实习手册》为基础,自行编制"专科护生实习出科考核评价相关问题"的调查问卷,于2010年3-4月对在6所三级甲等医院实习的180名护理专科生进行调查。结果护理专科生的内、外、妇、儿出科考核多数没有实施整体护理综合考核;内科出科考核的具体内容以病史采集和体检、基础护理操作、专科护理操作为主,但存在内容欠规范、标准欠统一的问题;出科考核过程中监管体系也不够完善。结论有必要从考核内容、考核标准及监管体系方面不断完善护理专科生的出科考核系统,全面考核学生的知识、能力与素质,使之更加客观地反映学生的临床实践综合能力,促进教学相长。Objective To comprehend the current status of nursing clinical practice rotation examination for junior college nurses so as to provide the basis for standardising the rotation examination.Methods Based on "practice manual",a self-designed questionnaire on the issues related to the rotation examination was developed to evaluate 180 junior college practicing nures from 6 Grade-III Level A hospitals from March to April 2010.Results The comprehensive examination of holistic nursing was absent in the rotation examinations of departments of internal medicine,surgery,gynecological and pediatrics.The contents of rotation examination of internal medicien focused on history taking,physical examination,specialist nursing and basic nursing operation lacking standardized content and united standard.The process of supervision system of the examination was also to be improved.Conclusion There is a need to improve the rotation examination system in view of assessment content,assessment criteria and monitoring system,comprehensively evaluate the students' knowledge,ability and quality so as to reflect the comprehensive ability of clinical practice objectively for improving both teaching and learning.
