摘　　要：目的评价放射性125I粒子植入联合CE方案治疗晚期纵隔小细胞神经内分泌癌的可行性及效果。方法 1例晚期纵隔小细胞神经内分泌癌患者在CT引导下瘤体内植入125I粒子,术后给予CE方案化疗。结果术后1个月症状缓解,术后1、6、20个月复查胸部CT,肿瘤明显缩小,无复发和发生转移。结论对于无法手术治疗的纵隔小细胞神经内分泌癌,给予放射性125I粒子植入同步联合CE方案化疗安全可行,效果满意。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of implantation of 125I seeds combined with CE regimen in the treatment of a patient with metastatic neuroendocrine carcinoma.Methods A patient with metastatic micro-neuroendocrine carcinoma received implantation of 125I seeds into tumors under the guidance of CT,and then was treated with CE regimen and the relative literature was reviewed.Results The symptoms of the patient was relieved 1 month after treatment,CT scanning in month 1,6 and 20 showed that the tumour shrinked significantly and there was no recurrence or transfer.Conclusion Implantation of 125I seeds combined with CE regimen is a safe and feasible regimen for patients with inoperable metastatic micro-neuroendocrine carcinoma with satisfactary results.
