摘　　要：目的探寻妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者胎盘MMP-9/TIMP-1和Fas蛋白的表达、相互关系及其意义。方法随机选择HDCP孕妇45例为病例组,同期住院的正常孕妇40例为对照组,采用免疫组化染色SP法测定胎盘MMP-9/TIMP-1和Fas的表达。结果 HDCP组MMP-9/TIMP-1蛋白的表达低于对照组(P<0.05),Fas蛋白的含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9/TIMP-1和Fas均参与了HDCP的发生。Objective To study the expression of MMP-9/TIMP-1 and Fas protein in placenta tissues of patients with hypertensive disorder in pregnancy（HDCP）. Methods 45 cases of pregnant women with HDCP （case group） and 40 cases of normal pregnant women （control group）were elected at random, and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MMP-9/TIMP-1 and Fas in placenta tissues of them. Results The levels of MMP-9/TIMP-1 in placenta tissues of the HDCP group were significantly lower than those in the control group,otherwise the Fas were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The MMP-9/TIMP-1 and Fas in placenta tissues might be involved in the pathogenesis of HDCP together.
