摘　　要："软实力"的核心是文化实力。文化是社会竞争力的综合标志,当今社会提升文化软实力已显得越来越重要。而学校是传承、创新、引领文化的重要基地,搞好校园文化建设是提升地方文化软实力的一个行之有效的方法。就廊坊而言,深刻认识廊坊市校园文化建设中存在的问题,不断创新廊坊市校园文化建设,对提高廊坊文化软实力的水平有着很强的现实意义。＂Soft power＂ is the core of cultural power. Culture is a comprehensive sign for social competition has become increasingly important in the present society. School is the important base to inherit, innovate, and lead the culture. Construction of campus culture is an effective carrier to enhance local culture soft power. We must take an objective view on some problems in the construction of campus culture of Langfang. We must innovate to raise the cultural soft power and promote a high-level development.
