关于工业工程人才培养评价体系的探讨

摘　　要：基于建设创新型国家的战略需要,从层次分析法(AHP)的角度提出了一种工业工程人才培养的评价体系。这个体系以培养创新型人才为目标,具有三个层次的结构,每个层次都有相应的评价指标。与第三个层次指标对应的还设计有一个可测量指标层,可以实现评价模型与可测量数据的分离。Based on the strategic demands of constructing innovative country in China,this paper proposes an evaluation system for students in the major of industrial engineering from the viewpoint of analytical hierarchy process（AHP）.The evaluation system consists of three levels,each of which has some corresponding evaluation indices,aiming at innovative talents education.For the third level indices of evaluation system,a level including some measurable indicesis designed in order to isolate evaluation model and measurable data.
