摘　　要：为了提高教学效果,进行了生物物质分离与纯化课程教学模式的改革,整合教学内容、进行双师素质教学队伍建设、完善校内外实训基地、将成本核算及清洁生产等的理念贯穿到教学过程中,并建立有利于综合职业能力和素质培养的评价体系,使培养的学生具备较高的综合职业能力。In order to improve teaching effect, the teaching mode of separation and purification biomaterials was reformed. The contents of course teaching reform include： integrating the teaching content by taking work task as carrier; building the ranks of teachers; improving the training base, introduction the concept of cost accounting and clean production in teaching process; setting up the course evaluation system focused on the comprehensive capacity assessment. And the students have higher overall professional competence through these measures.
